On June 24, 2020 Prof. Dalila Megherbi and Ph.D. student Thomas Calloway were honored at the 2020 IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Virtual Environments for Measurement Systems and (IEEE CIVEMSA 2020) for their research work findings with applications to, including "Three Tiered Virtual-Inertial Tracking and Mapping for Automated Reality in Urban Settings." Their paper won the Best Paper Award.
